These programmes are accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications.

These are registered programmes under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance in Hong Kong. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualifications to which these programmes may lead.


Services and support


We are a student-centred university with available staff with a personal approach. From the day you become a UOW student, you will receive the academic and personal support you need to succeed.



Full access to the UOW online library and learning resources including over 300,000 eBooks, 63,000 eJournals, scholarly articles and multidisciplinary and specialist databases for each University of Wollongong degree.


The Telford Library is located in the Telford Campus and supports the learning, study and research needs of all degree students and staff. The library is fitted with personal computers and is connected to the campus wireless LAN.


Sports Facilities

Sports constitute an integral part of student life. The Telford Recreation Club in Kowloon Bay is a short distance from the Telford Campus and houses facilities for physical fitness training, an indoor heated swimming pool, dance studio, tennis courts, badminton courts and fitness centre. Physical education courses and team sports, taught by qualified coaches, are organised throughout the year to help students develop both physically and socially.


Telford Campus

The Telford Campus is located in Kowloon Bay and has a total area of around 80,000 sq ft, spread over 6 levels. The campus includes 6 lecture theatres, 24 classrooms, 6 computer laboratories, 3 quiet study rooms, 2 roof gardens, a courtyard and a library. It is conveniently situated next to the Kowloon Bay MTR station and is surrounded by the Telford Plaza shopping malls and restaurants.


Online Learning Development Centre

Learning Development offers a range of free resources, classes and consultations to all enrolled students seeking to improve their academic performance. Visit uow.info/learningdevelopment.


Online Career Resources

The Careers Central website provides access to quality career information and resources.


You can explore an extensive range of interactive tools, videos, eLearning and written resources via our online platform, CareerHub Plus. It covers everything from improving your resume, to utilising social media effectively.



Understand your career options and how to improve your employability by learning what skills you have now, what employers want and how to fill in the gaps with your UOW studies. CareerSmart will help you create an action plan for your future to stay motivated and navigate your way through your degree with a clear focus.



Provides essential information skills to introduce you to the UOW academic environment and helps you understand your student responsibilities. StartSmart will show you how to find and evaluate relevant information to use in assessment tasks, and develop strong academic integrity practices. StartSmart is compulsory for all new UOW students.



Study in Australia


Entry into a UOW top-up degree provides you with the opportunity to gain a global perspective and study in Australia through a variety of pathways.

You can participate in a two-week Study Tour or transfer to complete your undergraduate qualification in Australia. Graduating with a UOW top-up degree also provides you with the opportunity to continue your studies and apply for a Postgraduate degree at UOW.


Study Tours

Students may have the opportunity to participate in a two-week Study Tour to UOW. This is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture, improve your English language proficiency and gain a global perspective on your studies.


The programme will include academic and cultural activities, language classes and visits to a variety of tourist destinations and places of interest. You will also have the opportunity to stay with an Australian family through our Homestay Accommodation option, who will help you learn about the Australian way of life.


Transfer to Australia

Students may have the option of transfer to Australia to complete their undergraduate qualification.



There are a range of scholarships for international students to study in Australia that are offered by UOW, the Australian Government and a number of international organisations. For more information visit: uow.edu.au/future/international/scholarships.


Postgraduate Study

UOWCHK/CCCU graduates have the opportunity to apply for postgraduate studies in Australia. An Honours or Masters degree at UOW are postgraduate study options that are taken after completion of an undergraduate degree (such as a Bachelor degree). In addition to the Wollongong campus, UOW offers a number of postgraduate courses at our metro campuses.


Wollongong Campus

UOW’s Wollongong campus combines modern teaching and study spaces in a beautifully Australian landscaped garden setting. With facilities dedicated to academic and wellbeing support, as well as health services, student accommodation, a sports precinct and events embracing culture and entertainment, you’ll have everything you need to focus on your education.


South Western Sydney Campus

UOW’s metropolitan campus in South Western Sydney (Liverpool) provides world-class education to one of Australia’s fastest growing urban areas. Our degrees are tailored to the region’s growing and changing workforce.


Sydney CBD Campus

The Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, CBD campus is located in the heart of Sydney’s central business district, overlooking Sydney Harbour. With state-of-the-art facilities in a unique learning environment, the Sydney campus provides full administrative support and online links to the main campus.

Refund Policy



  1. To accept an offer of admission, the applicant is required to pay an Acceptance Fee for the programme by the deadline stated in the offer package.
  2. The Acceptance Fee of HK$5,000 is not refundable or transferable, except under the following circumstances:
    • When the applicant obtains a UGC-funded place for a degree programme from a local university; or
    • When the applicant subsequently accepts another admission offer of another top-up degree programme at the College in the same term/semester and has paid the relevant Acceptance Fee; or
    • When the applicant fails to meet the condition(s) of admission resulting in a withdrawal of offer by UOW; or
    • When the programme for which an offer is made is subsequently cancelled by UOW or the College.


  1. The non-refundable Acceptance Fee paid at the time of admission under section 1 will be credited towards the first installment of tuition fee upon enrolment.
  2. Students who do not plan to continue their studies at the College should submit a written notice of withdrawal to the College Office (Telford Annex, 2/F, Telford Plaza, 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay).
  3. Tuition Fee (including the Acceptance Fee credited towards the first installment) will not be refunded.
  4. Request for the refund of Tuition Fee may only be considered under the following circumstances (subject to appropriate proof):
    • If the written notice of withdrawal is received BEFORE commencement of the term/semester, the first installment of tuition fee paid less HK$5,000 acceptance fee will be refunded to the student
    • Death of a spouse, child, parent, or legal guardian of student
    • Death of the student
    • Verifiable incapacity, illness, or injury which prevents the student from returning to school for at least four weeks of the term/semester


Students will be charged an administration fee upon enrolment in a program. The administration fee will be refunded to the student who subsequently withdraws before graduation or whose studies are terminated by the College.

  • Certified copies of your certificates and transcripts
  • Copy of your HKID card
  • Original proof of application fee payment



Prior to submitting your application you must pay the application fee (HK$150) by:

  • Direct deposit or ATM transfer at any branch of the Hang Seng Bank (Bank Code 024) (A/C number: 359-300001-004);
  • Octopus Card payment in UOWCHK/CCCU offices located in FW 402, 4/F, Festival Walk Tower, 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon; OR Telford Annex, 2/F, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay.

Completed application forms together with relevant documents and the original proof of application fee payment may be sent to UOWCHK/CCCU, FW 402, 4/F, Festival Walk Tower, 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon.

Successful applicants will receive an offer letter.



To accept your offer, you will be required to pay the Acceptance Fee on or before the date indicated in the offer letter.


Places will be allocated to other candidates if applicants fail to provide the required documents certifying that they have satisfied the conditions mentioned in the conditional offer.


The Institutions (UOW and UOWCHK/CCCU) reserve the right to cancel or suspend any program. Fees already paid for such programmes will be refunded.
